Cancellation Policy
We get it- Life happens!
This cancellation policy requires a 24 hour advance notice out of respect for all parties. If cancellation is given less than 24 hours of service(s)- the card on file will be charged 50% of the service fee. This charge also applies to individuals who do not show up for scheduled appointment(s).
For clients running late, there is a 15 minute grace period from the start time of your service(s). Following that you are considered a no-show and subject to the cancellation policy. This is instilled to guarantee 100% punctuality for incoming clients. As always, Thank you for choosing D.ESTHETIXS.
